Use the definitions of the two papers to build a MIP and implement it in python file MIP.py . The required data will be provided later!

MIP solves optimal route for one day for a set of M teams
For Szenario Flexi MIP "has to be used" 2, 5, 8 and 10 times depending on the number of days
After each iteration of MIP, solved tasks have to be deleted from InputFile and appended to the OutputFile
