Add some M7 support #80

Added various updates as per the commits. Added the TC_B Communication Protocol V2.1 PDF file which details quite a bit that is not yet implemented in the library.

My apologies. I did not notice that the Communications Protocol.pdf already resided in the Docs folder.

I will resubmit without the CommsProtocol.pdf which I added to the Anviz.SDK project.
