As a visitor, I want to let the owner know I read the message #31

The visitor should be able to click they read the message. This should also be shown on the code page

[Duplicate of #22] It is hard to see when somebody have read the message. Would be nice to have some confirmation. Because I want a specific person to have read the message, this cannot be automated by somebody who just visited the code. There is no way for a computer to distinguish between the person the message is meant for and a random visitor. Both are anonymous users. Only the person the message is meant for knows.

Styling is now also done. When there are multiple choice questions, the icon of the answer can be used as the is_read icon Now also merged with the main branch again
