Fixes and enhancements in the language files as well as new languages #722

This PR collects several changes in the language files.

unification and fixes in the headings of the files
new keys for native language names and language names in english (for later use)
new language: Arabian (provided by Abdus_salam/Abdul Salam in the translation thread in the project forum)

Transferred alls changes from the english language file to simplified and traditional chinese as well es croatian language files. This affects the removal of outdated strings and also newly introduced string wich was not present in the other language files. New strings are marked with  with a couple of unclear exceptions.

More languages will follow.

Additions and fixes in english, french, german and italian language files.

Gone through all avalable translations. Marked not translated strings, but left several minor missing translations unmarked because technical terms in some languages are taken from English without translation. This has to be checked by a native speaker. Added translations in case of an available tool, solved several typos and formatting issues. I think, it's done.
