Force $ Value to extend 2 decimals #110

Currently on the MyBit DDF if a $ value ends in 0 the following decimals are not automatically displayed. We would like to see 2 decimal places displayed for every $ value.

Current Behaviour: $175.00 displays as $175 $175.10 displays as $175.1 $175.15 displays as $175.15

Desired Behaviour: $175.00 displays as $175.00 $175.10 displays as $175.10 $175.15 displays as $175.15
