Update all our components into Ant Design components

Introduction In order to stick with the general brand styleguide across our multiple applications, we will use Ant Design in our MyBit Go application, so we need to remove all Carbon Design reference and update its style to the Ant Design ones.

User Story As a user, I want to be able to see the same style guide used in the https://trust.mybit.io website.

Type: Feature (Styling) Current Behaviour: All components inherit their style from Carbon Design. Expected Behaviour: All components should inherit their style from Ant Design.

Reproduction: Boot up application, and see how all components come from http://react.carbondesignsystem.com/.

Solution:

Go through all carbon design references in our code.
Find the equivalente component in Ant Design
Add Ant Design library, and import these components while removing carbon design ones.

Definition of Done

The application follows has the new look alike as showcased by the attached screens, and a grep carbon will return 0 results in our project.

Additional Information All screens are attached in this issue.
