Remove Civic from DApp #515

This bounty is for removing Civic from the MyBit application.

  1. Remove it during the listing asset process (displays QR code) that must be scanned and approved in Civic mobile app to proceed to next stage of listing an asset.
  2. Also remove any mention of CIvic from the first page of list an asset process and change the button from Civic - to Get Started.
  3. Remove the section on individual assets which says (identity proved by civic) and then lists email, phone, etc. verified. https://app.mybit.io/asset/0x151Af273821836c670e4F7E3642b0182DC5fE54a
  4. Remove any other sections that include Civic. Such as in the tutorial pop-ups or anywhere else.
