Teacher time limit for teacher portal

Had a teacher ask today if we could extend the teacher time limit before it times out and makes them re-login to the program. What is the current time limit before it auto logs them out????

Hi - the standard time out is 20 minutes. We can change this, it would just need to be changed in several code pages.

I am seeking clarification, the teacher says it logs her out in 5 minutes if she does not move the mouse. Are you changing the Time out function to log out after 20 minutes?????? Doug Falk

The default session timeout is 20 minutes unless that's changed in code. I've search all of the code for the website and found that its not changed, so I'm not sure why this teacher is getting booted after 5 minutes. Has anyone else seen this occur?
