Error 404 popping up when creating course outline #366

I was on the phone with a teacher walking her through the website about 10 minutes ago, and when I try to create a course outline it pops up "Error 404 - page not found" - see screenshot attached.

This is not happening when I log in as myself or other teachers but she needs access ASAP. Screen Shot 2023-01-19 at 2 28 29 PM
