what email client are you using and what is your outbound SMTP set to?
Microsoft is blocking messages coming from GoDaddy. Is the issue occurring today?
Long term, we need to move you all to Google G Suite which is less likely to fall victim to blacklisting.

the spats that are happening between Microsoft and Godaddy are not fixable. so, the only thing we can do is move to a more reputable email provider like Google or Microsoft themselves.
Google does offer free service for 501c3. Are you now a 501c3?

I really can't think of a functionality change other than a highly recommending using Gmail and not trying to leverage the thick Outlook client any longer.

I have started the process to be registered with google as a non-for-profit. Google states the process will take 2-14 days. I will post again once I have an update.

@BrianPeterlin, is this fully complete? We want to keep the "caert.net" emails functional for a year, as these will continue to forward automatically to cuttingedgecurriculum.org inboxes. Are there any further steps for the "cutover"?

The Free Trial emails come through with the first name and last name in the "FROM" This is great, this is what we want to see. All of the others come through as NO REPLY: support, forgot my pw, bulk student set up. Can we at least get the SUPPORT/gold questions tab to come through like the Free Trial one does with the name? The others are acceptable.. I cannot remember what they said previously.
Hi - I've changed the support/questions page to be first/last name (no spaces are allowed). Can you please test and confirm if it works to your liking?
Also, please let me know if you want these changes on any other page.

Receiving "Message Delivery Failure" when I send to jrunner@outlook.com This has now occurred several times in the past two weeks.
