Email Forms on MyCaert - Setup to work with Microsoft

The new account is: noreply@caert.net password: **** Server name: smtp.office365.com Port: 587 Encryption method: STARTTLS

forgot password email functionality has also been fixed

I sent a test email from both this morning. @BrianPeterlin, the free trial form worked and I received the email quickly. The questions tab email has not been received and it has been well over 30 minutes.

This is very concerning that we have not gotten any messages from the questions tab for a full week. This needs to be a priority to get fixed today.

I believe I fixed these as requested to be the from the name. Is this not correct? If so, what needs changed and to what?

when the emails come in, they come in as being from "noreply@cuttingedgecurriculum.org" see screenshot.. this makes it impossible to filter out Spam.

This is an example of how emails use to come into our inboxes: First Name, Last Name and the sender's email address.

This is how we are still seeing these emails come in: First Name, Last Name and noreply@cuttingedgecurriculum.org

Both of these are spam. In the past, we were able to block the sender's email address because it is spam. These emails are still coming in as "noreply". Therefore, we cannot block these.

Can you try this once more? Also, can you send me what you see with a new trial request as well as this form?
