If its in Bloomy and teacher and students can delete other user accounts that for sure on the Bloomy side. There's no call back from their system to ours and they store they own users/credentials and profiles.

However, this only happens if a MyCAERT customer clicks on the BloomyEdu link from their MyCAERT account. The link in the MyCAERT system is sending these teachers and students into this specific "License." Therefore, these are the users that are accessing the BloomyEdu system through us.
I still believe that has something to do with the specific setup or calls through the Bloomy system. I would ask them why this is occurring. If its something we need to change in our API call, I'll need to know what exactly. Since this isn't owned or managed by us, I'm not sure what the root issue is.

Attached is an email to/from the Bloomy team. Frank is requesting an outline of the user journey and written description of the API call. My perspective of the intended process is to offer any MyCAERT customers who purchases the BloomyEdu subscription, have the BloomyEdu link within their MyCAERT account. Thus, allowing a MyCAERT user a click of a button to enter into their Bloomy account which is referred to as a "workspace". Currently, BloomyEducation is a "library" in the MyCAERT system. When a user purchases BloomyEdu through us, we add this library (just like any other library). Then, the link appears. We also communicate to Bloomy through a google shared spreadsheet to inform them of the order. Eric creates the "workspace" for the teacher/school which is linked to the teacher's email. Therefore the goal is to link to the workspace not this "general" workspace that is shown on the screenshot from Stacey Hartley at Tipton High School (our test site). Hi - yes, we most likely do as all we do is submit the API call according to what Bloomy told us. We have no control of their system or how they interrupt that API call. If we need to change the API call, we just need to know what needs to change.
Essentially, they just need to give us examples of some API calls that will work for your desired outcomes and I can make those changes.

The way it works is if you're already registered and have a license, you'll be redirected to the Bloomy Login. If you don't have a license, it will automatically license you in the background, attach that license to your profile and then redirect you to Bloomy's login.

Essentially at a high level, if the user doesn't have a license ID, I push them through the license registration API call (like they indicated in their prior email). If they already have a license key on their teacher profile, I redirect them directly to Bloomy to login.

Hi - I have completed the changes for the student licensing. I've tested these changes and they seem to be working correctly.
Please test and let me know if there are any issues. Everything is pointed at staging (test) right now. Once you validate all changes, I can make it point to production Bloomy.

I updated /student/bloomyregistration.asp to point to Bloomy Staging, while we are testing.
The only issue we are seeing at this point is every single student being created through the API is being assigned to Teacher ID 20. Can you assign the students to the respective Bloomy Teacher ID (LIcenseID). This assigned to the teacher when their account is created.

This is most likely on their side as the student is now attached to the teachers license, which you've validated in some of your testing. They will need to troubleshoot on their side to find out the root cause. If something does need to change with our API call, they'll need to tell us the changes.

Hi - I have tested with the account Teacher A and the student account, Student Z. Both worked correctly for me. When I clicked on the BloomyEdu link from the StudentZ account, it registered and sent me to bloomy. Can you please retest?

Yes. The first test that is what I did. I was logged in as teacherA, in the same window, I logged in as the studentZ. The Bloomy site allowed the login because it was still picking up teacherA. The Bloomy site never saw the student login. Therefore, I logged in as teacherA. Then using a different internet browser, I logged in as studentZ and this is where I am seeing the error.
In a classroom setting, the student always logs in separate from the teacher.
What is the students login? I'll try it now

Blake, is this an issue with how we are setting up the accounts or is it a visibility issue on the Bloomy end?
All teachers and students are seeing all teachers and student accounts and have the ability to delete anyone's account.
When in Bloomy click on your name on the top right corner click on My Licenses click on Manage User Access
