Messages going to SPAM #409

@BrianPeterlin Everyday we are finding the majority of our email from our customer requests in our SPAM folder. This includes messages coming from the gold questions tab as well as the free trial requests. Rarely does anything come to us in our inbox. We need to get this resolved. It is highly frustrating to dig through all of the garbage to figure out which emails are legit. Please provide an estimate and solution ASAP.

This is the same issue in issue #390

Yes still an issue - every day I find messages from current customer, message from the free trial request in my spam folder
