Play online doesn't handle correctly when PLAY_ONLINE_WITHOUT_WIFI is true #115

It should be: 1) no wifi, change "Online Play w/o WIFI" from OFF to ON, continue buffering 2) no wifi, change "Online Play w/o WIFI" from ON to OFF, stop buffering
