Cannot Add Wallet using UTC/Json file #2174

I successfully installed MyEtherWallet using both downloaded Zip-file, and again using "Add to Chrome" button on Chrome Extension Webstore.

After following the steps to Unlock my Keystore file however, I cannot successfully add my unlocked Keystore to the list of My Wallets. There is no Submit/Add button that responds to Wallet Nickname field below "Create a Nickname" prompt.

Please advise.

The picture may not be clear; But this happens even after I add text into nickname field. This on-change event, newWalletChange('','showBtnAddWallet'), is never called
