Updated SwiftLint #33

Motivation

Some SwiftLint rules where more harmful then helpful and needed revision.

Modifications

Added weak_delegate, force_unwrapping, implicitly_unwrapped_optional
Changed line_length and cyclomatic_complexity
Removed trailing_whitespace

Result

SwiftLint has been updated.
