More load testing

I did some load testing in the past, but it was only on the home page. Before public advertisements, we might want to test the actual application itself to make sure it won't break under high load.

@medensqui I use loader.io. It's like a botnet on demand, but you must verify your site first and it gives you prettyful statistics on how badly your site fails.

Do it at some time when people aren't using it, and you'll have to hex CloudFlare away.

@nywillb /shrug. The point of CloudFlare is to stop DDoS attacks, and if you could hex it away that would be counterintuitive.

Load testing is more of an ongoing thing, I think we are ready for 1.1 Release!
