Show in-progress transaction details by default #109

When I send a transaction from SDA, there is no indication that it's working correctly after I press send.

Nothing is rendered in the transaction list. There is no "there is a transaction being sent" indication. I must force a refresh of the tx list to see a "Unconfirmed Transaction - Sending" spinner. This should happen by default.
