Allow people to set a URL other than https://wormhole.myhush.org

This has security implications due to giving our users the option to reduce their attack surface (risk) and run their own wormhole server (similar to running your own Electrum backend server) or using one of a trusted 3rd party of their choosing.

This has privacy implications because it breaks the invariant of most users all using a centralized service which can be attacked, DoS'ed, etc.
