Button 'DISCONNECT' not disabled when 'Not Connected'

The 'DISCONNECT' button is not disabled when the SilentDragonAndroid is disconnected.

@gilardh while we are at it, should we have the Disconnect button buried here, or on the main screen?

It currently seems inconvenient to disconnect, but we don't want people to accidentally disconnect. If we put it on the main screen, we might want a confirmation popup, to confirm they want to disconnect.
