Value Out = 0 for (t->z) xtns is not correct #2

The amount is actually unknown, not 0.

This fix can probably sent upstream, it's not correct for any Zcash fork to render that as 0, it should be "Unknown"

@madbuda I had this fixed on our crazy fork by saying "Transparent Value Out" instead, and I would like to get that back.
