Add a "Notes" column in the exchanges section. #1

Anyone should be able to write a comment. We got three "notes" in the past day would be relevant:

COSS - @mick in telegram chat - Saying he is friends a COSS employee. We may be able to leverage that- follow up with him. KuCoin - @mj in discord - KuCoin is currently accepting many new coins and he believes it's currently free to list. Binance - "community vote every month- need to apply" (if sparkit didn't yet)

Things like this should be on the dashboard because i doubt anyone is keeping track.
