Dpow fixes #138

Fixes bug in logic used to look up xtns and resulted in empty data in getinfo result
Adds dpow.py test file, still in progress
Fixes various bugs in Hush test suite infrastructure, so tests use the correct hushd/hush-cli binaries now

@FireMartZ this isn't perfect yet, but we need to test your recent fixes on dev with this code, so I am going to merge this. Then we can do tests with regtest mode as well as mainnet (which needs to be tested with txindex on and off)
