approved, the quest to banish "zcash" from the docs and code continues apace!

Formal dev workflow/commit policy coming later today as I write it! :-) Sorry there wasn't one, that my bad and on me, i was procrastinating doing that as the sole person who would push here until there were other core devs who might (Matt has been pushing doc changes, but that has pretty much been it). Le sigh. There are now 2 more of you, and we need something written down. Coming Soon, Watch This Space, etc.
