Testnet explorer #64

Describe the issue

We have a testnet, but no explorer! It would make it easier on devs if they could look at explorer pages for testnet xtns and stuff like that.

before we can get a testnet explorer up, we need a bitcore compatible build. I'll have this finished soon.

As far as bounty is concerned... Is this a stipend to cover ongoing expenses with running an explorer? or a single bounty for standing up a working explorer for our testnet?

Hi. Is the current hush software up to date to deal with this issue? There kinda is some main net explorer already, so the testnet explorer installation should be trivial, shouldn't it?
