Some of this stuff must be part of 3.5.0 so we have no choice but to merge this to duke. If anything gives us problems we can revert individual commits. @DenioD further chainfork testing for 3.5.0 should be done on the duke branch and I will use danger for further updates. If you have commits, please PR them into the danger or duke branches, whatever makes more sense.
