Sync issues #15

I had stopped hushd for a while (1000ish blocks) and restarted it to sync. Very quickly it runs into this issue and fails to connect blocks and bans valid peers:

This happened on OS X, not using a GUI wallet. Have not reproduced on Linux yet

This is hard to reproduce and I will dig further if/when it happens again

There is an update that fixes this in dev branch. The new version has a different print.

This has been resolved and was related to recent dpowminconf changes and unconfirmed xtns
