getchaintxstats shows wrongs stats after a restart #54

After a restart, all the shielded/organic stats only show data from when the node was restarted. Internal chain counters are being set to zero incorrectly, or not being read correctly.

This is still an issue I am actively debugging

A -reindex fixes the stats

I will also note that basic taddr stats will still be correct, only new stats powered by -zindex are affected.
