Delete src/snark #70

Recent Zcash release completely removes the library used for Sprout zaddr stuff, we can delete it all too and get faster compile times.

This has security implications because I consider any Sprout-related code technical debt and the cause of potential security problems and increased attack surface. It should all be cleaned with :fire: :fire: :fire:

This is mostly complete on the desnark branch, needs full sync testing
