Given where GPT-assistants are, am able to just include front-end agent-comments in chat post, and then I should be able to render them to the thread as well, obviating the need for mutation on the user's chat, as is happening now (in a way, most similar to few-shotting)

wonderfully solved on the assistant end - going to close this, as suspicion that if this arises again, it will be with different context and solution
