QuantumFlux Battlesuit armor #193

In the QuantumFlux mod, a Battlesuit with a full charge with all the upgrades has worse protection even than simple titanium armor of the same mod. This is odd considering that very expensive resources were used for crafting, including nether stars.

I remove the question. It turned out that the protection works fully only with a full set of armor.
