Sigil of Magnetism #375

I have been playing for a while in sp mode and was out collecting weak blood shards when my exp started climbing. It only happens in one spot as long as the sigil of magnetism is activated. I am at lvl 155. Just wanted to check to see if its a glitch or a bug. 2016-10-16_12 40 50

Also I have found out it starts at lvl 70 goes to lvl 79 and is a 10 by 10 area. Ground area.
