My friend downloaded the 0.2.0 version of the hypovolemia server from github. It booted up and he and I were able to join, but the world was very flat and had no pillars with bone blocks or skeleton models. We also couldn't craft a crafting table with bones, and the recipe couldn't be found in the NEI. After this incident, I tested a singleplayer world, and it had less flat generation with pillars as well as allowed me to craft a crafting table.
