Incompatible with Visual Studio 2012 Express (Api 1.4.0-beta) #346

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1 - Create simple design (MVC 3.0 Vb.net)
2 - Try to import google.api

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
3 - Display message that no members of the public

What version of the product are you using? 
Api 1.4.0-beta

On what operating system? 
Windows 7 

On what IDE?
Visual Studio 2012 Express(MVC 3.0 Vb.net)

Please provide any additional information below.
Previous version was normal
