Bug Major movement mobs #1364

Bug report

Describe the bug

When creating a fart for a player, the fart is created well but its movement is as if the server bugs, or the server is at constant 20TPS, the mobs advance little by little, or sometimes not at all.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior, please provide code snippets or a repository:

  1. /petcreate player skeleton/zombie/...
  2. the movement of the mobs is very smooth or not at all (see youtube video https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3RGr_GdN9jY ) ...

Expected behavior

A clear and concise description of what you expected to happen. I'd like the mob to move normally like in the old version, then the mob turns and moves little by little it looks like it's obsolete or the server bugs, but it's not. The mob should normally move towards us, and hit the mob if we put the skills etc. normally without "bugging".

Bukkit/Spigot/Bungee Build/Version: paper-143 1.15.2

MyPet Build/Version: Test in 3.9 version & MyPet-3.10-SNAPSHOT-B1533

What is the expected result? That all mobs follow their masters normally, as in the old 1.15.2 version, it seems to bug.

What happens instead of that? Aside from that worry, everything's fine.

Error: no console/game error

If you've made ANY changes to Spigot.yml or Bukkit.yml try renaming and saving those files, and let new ones regenerate.

Making certain changes within one or both of those files is known to cause issues with MyPet path finding.

It hasn't been pinpointed yet and I haven't had the time to go through and test it myself.

The bug would come from spigot.yml

I'm hoping it can be dealt with later if that's possible. thank you for helping me

Pets were just glitching in one spot. It also oddly effected my mythicmobs skills (couldnt find a droptable) Wasnt sure if my problem was also related to spigot.yml and bukkit.yml so i deleted those to test and no fix. Removed MyPets and mythicmobs started working again.
