Upgrading to latest Chat SDK #5

GMDX-138-upgrading and updating imports to the newer chat SDK, JFrog published artifacts. removal of conditional dependencies, and apps need to include kotlin plugin. updating README file according to those changes.

@bjdupuis { changing = true } Whether or not Gradle should always check for a change in the remote repository It's not redownloading if nothing was changed.
