React Native and Genesys live chat not working #8

Hi Team, I am trying to integrate genesys live chat in react native project. But this react native wrapper is not working for me. I would like to know about the below things.

1) Which version of widget used for react native integration ? 2) What is this domain and tokenStoreKey from the widget configurations ?

GenesysCloud.startChat(deploymentId, domain, tokenStoreKey, logging);

Could you please help on this ?

Hi,

I can help you to get answers for your second question.

domain is the regional base domain address for a Genesys Cloud Web Messaging service. For example, "mypurecloud.com". tokenStoreKey is a key that we use to access device local storage. see SharedPreferences(Android) / Keychain(iOS)
