qbittorrent and iphlpapx #18

qbittorrent 4.2.1.0 crashes, with recent iphlpapx update.

If I bring iphlpapx over to win7 vm and run qbittorent with IAT patched to it, it starts up.

So maybe my princess is in another castle.
