ICOc: Improve Logging Capabilities #28

Description

ICOc sometimes crashes on some systems after starting the data acquisition with the key s. Since we currently ar not able to reproduce this issue locally we need to improve the logging capabilities of ICOc to determine the location and reason for these kind of crashes.
