Extend Support for ± 40 g Accelerometer #33

Description

Since the ± 40 g sensor (ADXL356) requires a different refernce voltage (1.8 V instead 3.3 V) we need to update the tests and ICOc accordingly.

[x] Add option for reference voltage to CLI
[x] Update documentation for command line arguments (-v option)
[x] Describe default reference voltage for ± 40 g sensor
[x] Add support for ADC config command to Network class
[x] Change reference voltage for ± 40 g sensor in STH test
[x] Add item about update to release notes
[x] Write y and z offset values in STH test
[x] Write y and z slope values in STH test
[x] Test functionality with ± 40 g sensor
[x] Describe different configuration values/firmware images for STH/SMH test
