I added some documentation for the process of creating a basic skill. @ryanleesipes, @jdorleans, @ChristopherRios7, I recommend looking it over for any errors or things that you think should be included in a basic skill creation writeup. We may want to also create a more advanced skill creation section that discusses things like interfacing with APIs.
