Add Seeed Mic v2 support #102

Several updates:

Adding support for the Seeed Mic v2, which is both Mic and Output
Adding ~/.setup_choices file to save some of the configuration things for later reference (Not really used yet, but potentially useful)
Fixed logic error in the wifi connection section
Tweaked apt operations to force IPv4 (IPv6 causes lockups in certain situations)

Also enhanced the image recipe slightly with clearer instructions.
