Tweaks to update/wipe process #103

The wipe of a Picroft now:

mycroft-wipe has better messages (including warning to Ctrl+C if inadvertent)
Removed redundant delete of files that are about to be overwritten completely
Removes log files

Update process

Removes the build.log after review
Creates /opt/mycroft
Downloads default skills

Also enhanced messages during wifi detection
