Skill settings not syncing #129

We still seem to be having issues with Skills settings not reliably syncing from Picroft devices even after the device has updated to the latest setup scripts.

Reported on Reddit and private support.

Investigating now, will update this issue as we discover more.

In my testing, I was somewhat able to replicate the issue.

Settings sync will only occur after everything has updated, intents have trained, Precise has downloaded, etc. So particularly if a network connection gets interrupted or intent training is timing out this could cause the settings to delay upload seemingly indefinitely.

Have created an updated Picroft image (2020-01-10) that is now available as the unstable release. Will seek feedback from those affected whether it has resolved the issue.
