Update version number #42

This doesn't break anything, but was unnecessary. The version # of Picroft is independent of the mycroft-core version. They were coincidentally both in the 0.9* range. Picroft constantly updates itself to the latest mycroft-core.

Perhaps we should change the terminology surrounding this. I have adopted the "Platform" and "Platform_build" terminology for Mark 1. We can change the text to match this.
