Add initial Spanish translation #7

@zeehio I'm really sorry for the delay on this. Can you see if it works now without the code changes since Python 3 should support unicode natively now? Thanks

Edit: Looking at the other translations, I'm assuming this has been fixed so I've removed the commit that changes __init__.py and I'll merge it. For reference, the commit I deleted was 95554ff6f9b1c33c861aca6f0a61199922574ecf.
