Several changes to start this rework:

For some reason the 'wolframalpha' module was generating an SSL error on some queries (just different query strings). Eliminating that usage and calling the simple Wolfram Alpha API directly.
Removed the attempt to read back the question. It was awkward at best and unnecessary -- just give me the answer!
A personal AppID can now be entered in the webUI. Visit home.mycroft.ai to enter the value. A personal key entered in mycroft.conf will still work, but this is deprecated.
