lots of 'false Mycroft triggers' during the "News" skill #45

Describe the bug while listening to 'News' - Fox , PBS Newshour Da had multiple 'listen triggers' each would last approx 10 seconds of silence - (some 15+) then the NEWs feed would sound as if it picked up where it was cut off ' had a short 'listen', fading 'listen', even a 2 fade listen usually had 2 blue chase rings though occasionaly only 1

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. get Mycroft attention - using switch - lost voice again
  2. Say "News"
  3. start listening - no background noise
  4. have interruptions - make no response
  5. feed picks up where it was interrupted [for at least 10 seconds]

Expected behavior hear the 'News' uninterrupted

Environment

Additional context my watch is approx 29 seconds ahead of the Mycroft time displayed [logged time in logs??] Fox had 7 or so at 09:00 EDT time frame power-cycled Fox had 7 interrupts at the 10:24 EDT time frame muted the mic for another test - NO interruptions power-down selected PBS News hour @ home.mycroft.ai account , short wait power-up in the 10:30+ EDT time frame listened to 'News' from the git-go -- PBS within about 4 seconds of PBS announcing its stream - interruption PBS had fewer incidences of interruptions than Fox :::

per the same time period of approx 4-6 minutes

Activating STT will always last until it stops recording, which is usually when it thinks you're done talking. That part's not too surprising.

Also resuming playback, that part's right.
