stable 04-06 :: WakeWord 'Ezra' not being recognized

Describe the bug "Hey Ezra" wake word not being recognized, have to use manual switch

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior: This has been an issue for several 'latest' releases - could get 1 or 2 recognitions before it wouldn't respond to verbal system was Auto updated - still no WW response - must use manual switch did a "PullDownMenu" : Restart (waited full cycle) - still no WW response to verbal input

Expected behavior consistent response to verbal input of WakeWord

• Device type: Mark-II -rPi4-DEVKIT on network cable, uSDC
• OS: default (per Mycroft) Ubuntu 20.04.2 LTS
• Mycroft-core version: 20.08.1 -per Home.Mycroft.AI device information
• Other versions: stable 04-06

Sounds like this is most likely PocketSphinx being not very good. More detail on the difference here in our docs

So a bug, but a lower priority at the moment. Thanks for logging it still.
