FWIW - one time event upon a pwr cycle after a verbal 'shutdown' #80

Describe the bug Haven't been able to reproduce" on startup couldn't find network connection/ reverted to partial wifi connection procedure/prompts [was aborted by Mycroft] unusual representation of voice - by using circles

To Reproduce

  1. Gave Mycroft verbal "shutdown" command, verified it
  2. Screen had some terminal text, then went black
  3. Power cycled - as it didn't reboot itself as in the past -- A STEP forward
  4. on startup - British said couldn't get Internet connection,/ via wifi
  5. had the second graphic screen of a phone app,
  6. THEN (about 30 secs later) got the British voice ....AND round circles as if a mouth, big, then smaller inside, big, etc
  7. approx 20 secs later - was at the 'Standby Face/screen'

Expected behavior 1) to have network connection - as I normally do 2) not to have the British voice (I know - fallback for no network) 3) have NEVER seen the round circle/voice simulation

Log files action started at 06-16 18:44:nn in log files strange_startup.tar.gz

Some interesting behaviour.

1 and 2 expected behaviours will be fixed in the Wifi Setup Skill. Going to give it longer to detect a network connection if credentials already exist, before offering to setup a new one. As opposed to when the system can see that no wifi credentials exist and it's not connected to ethernet, then we can assume the user wants to setup wifi asap.

Number 3 I'll have to dig into a bit more as to why that showed up. It's an animation we haven't been using lately but never fully removed, so it shouldn't raise security concerns or anything. We do have on our backlog a ticket to look at these anyway.
